This role assesses, designs, develops, and implements high-quality sustainable blended learning solutions and knowledge management solutions to enhance learner experience and knowledge retention. This may include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions address business needs, align with corporate best practices, and effectively drive performance. The role may also manage ad hoc requests, focusing on user experience and the measurable effectiveness of training.

The role applies various levels of evaluation to measure the effectiveness of blended learning solutions and provides reports and recommendations for continuous improvement of learning initiatives. Additionally, liaising with external learning vendors and managing projects of externally-developed learning solutions may be required. Maintaining existing documentation and content, ensuring it is up to date and technically validated, is part of the role.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, HR, Business , or related field experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or learning experience design adult learning principles and instructional design models (eLearning, instructor-led, video, job aids) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) for multimedia content development video production, animation, or storytelling tools (needs analysis and translate business requirements into learning solutions Ability to align content with communication, project management,



and organizational skills content generation, personalization, rapid prototyping) learning analytics, evaluation, and reporting on training effectiveness multiple concurrent projects Moodle, Workday) Ability to work with Bilingual assets (English/French) UX/UI principles in digital learning compliance or operational training is an asset drives a positive associate and customer experience for all
