Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and responsive Part-Time Leasing Agent to help market available rental properties and secure qualified tenants. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with prospective renters throughout the leasing process.

This role offers flexible hours and an prospect for growth as our rental portfolio expands, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities and increase hours over time.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to rental inquiries by phone, email, and text.
- Schedule and conduct property showings.
- Advertise available rental units on online platforms and social media.
- Follow up with prospective tenants and answer questions about available properties.
- Collect and review rental applications.
- Conduct tenant screening, including reference and background checks.
- Present qualified applicants to management for approval.
- Prepare lease agreements and leasing documentation.




- Coordinate lease signings and move-in arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, showings, and applications.
- Track vacancy status and provide leasing updates to management.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.

Experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or customer service is an asset.

Basic computer skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary.
