Title: Lease Admin

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Detail-oriented professional responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing commercial lease agreements to extract key financial, legal, and operational terms for use in lease administration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and abstract lease documents, amendments, and related agreements.
- Extract critical data points including rent terms, escalation clauses, renewals, options, and obligations.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of lease data within systems/databases.
- Identify discrepancies or risks within lease documents and escalate as needed.
- Support lease administration, reporting, and audit processes.
- Collaborate with real estate, legal, and finance teams.

Qualifications:

- Experience in lease abstraction, real estate administration, or contract analysis.
- Strong understanding of commercial lease terminology and structure.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency with lease management systems and Excel.
