About the Role: Robert Rubino Trucking LTD is looking for a skilled and reliable 310T Truck and Coach Technician to join our maintenance team. Reporting directly to the Working Shift Supervisor, you will be a core part of our shop floor, responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing our heavy-duty fleet to ensure maximum uptime and safety.

Core Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience required.
- Specialized Equipment: Dump truck repair and maintenance experience is required. Experience with belt trucks and trailers is considered a strong asset.
- Technical Expertise: Have the knowledge and ability to troubleshoot, adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of systems including fuel systems, brakes, steering and suspension, engines and drive trains, emission control and exhaust,



cooling and climate control, and electrical and electronic systems.
- Shop Teamwork: Work collaboratively under the direction of the Working Shift Supervisor to execute daily work orders, complete preventative maintenance schedules, and assist with MTO annual safety inspections.
- Tools: Must be proficient with hand tools and other specialized repair/diagnostic equipment.
- References: Provide proof of experience and notable industry references.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34.00-$42.00 per hour
