NP Mortgages Inc. in Scarborough is hiring experienced Level 2 Mortgage Agents. This is for licensed agents who are already closing files and want a Scarborough brokerage with real support. You will originate residential and commercial mortgages, advise clients on purchase, refinance, and renewal options, and manage files through to funding.

Requirements: Current FSRA Mortgage Agent Level 2 licence (required);

Experience closing mortgage files in Ontario; Authorized to work in Ontario; GTA based, able to attend in person in Scarborough; Solid communication and follow-up.

We offer back-office support and a Scarborough office team.

Job Type: Full-time, Commission.

Location: 2225 Markham Road, Scarborough, ON - in person.

Licence: FSRA Mortgage Agent Level 2 (required).
