We’re looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Vancouver team and help coordinate freight operations from dispatch through completion. The Role

- Plan shipment schedules, dock timelines, and key delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cargo tasks and transport responsibilities across teams.
- Monitor transit progress, loading deadlines, and freight deliverables.
- Communicate dispatch updates and delivery priorities to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify potential shipping bottlenecks and help implement practical solutions.
- Maintain inventory documentation, bills of lading, and status reports.
- Support carrier resource planning and day-to-day warehouse coordination.




- Review freight outcomes and identify opportunities to improve logistics processes.

What You’ll Need

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transport priorities and meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Confidence coordinating shipping tasks and working with different warehouse teams.
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and logistics management tools.
- Previous logistics coordination, warehouse administration, or supply chain experience is an asset.
