Reporting to the Director of Real Estate and Portfolio Management, a Real Estate Portfolio Manager will negotiate existing fleet renewals and manage lease actions and reporting. Working directly with landlords, negotiate and execute lease renewals, and lease actions Real Estate Managers, support fleet strategies and initiatives Liaise with attorneys to review, negotiate, and finalize lease documents Collaborate with lease management and administration teams on amendment reviews and other real estate activities whilst managing portfolio reports,



and key lease dates 3 - 5+ years of functional leasing/real estate experience Confident familiarity with lease documents and leasing strategies Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
