As Experience Manager, you will lead in-store employees across Rennaï’s Revitalize haircare and Rejuvenate skincare realms. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales and Services, you will elevate client journeys, plan services, and strengthen commercial performance. The role combines leadership, coaching, brand partnerships, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clienteling strategies that increase retention and lifetime value

Plan haircare and skincare consultations, rituals, and diagnostics

Manage bookings, budgets, logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships

Train and coach teams on products,



services, selling, and clienteling

Analyze sales data, feedback, conversion, and average basket size

Requirements

Seven or more years in luxury retail service roles

Robust haircare or skincare expertise and client understanding

Experience leading, developing, and training diverse teams

Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
