The Luxury Travel Agency, a boutique Virtuoso luxury travel agency serving an international clientele, is seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our Toronto team.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience selling luxury leisure travel directly to individual clients. This is a mandatory requirement.

We are looking for a professional who already understands the luxury leisure travel market and has hands-on experience consulting with clients, designing customized vacations, recommending high-end hotels and destinations, preparing proposals, and closing bookings.

This is a client-facing sales and advisory position, not a corporate travel, reservations, administrative, or travel agent support role.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with clients to plan and book customized luxury vacations.
- Recommend luxury hotels, resorts, cruises, and exclusive travel experiences.
- Manage the entire client relationship, from initial inquiry and consultation through booking and travel completion.
- Develop detailed travel proposals and itineraries tailored to each client's preferences.
- Build strong client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with luxury hotels, destination specialists, cruise lines, and other travel suppliers.
- Manage multiple bookings while maintaining exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications
- At least two years of direct, client-facing luxury leisure travel sales experience.
- Proven experience personally selling and booking luxury vacations for individual clients.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, luxury hotels, resorts, and travel experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and close sales.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.




- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Experience exclusively in corporate travel, business travel, airline or hotel reservations, tour operator sales, or supporting other travel agents does not qualify for this position.

What We Offer

- Competitive base salary of CAD $48,000–$58,000, depending on experience.
