Job Summary

As a Luxury Sales Associate at Naturepedic, you’ll deliver attentive customer service, present products with confidence, and create a welcoming, polished shopping experience. You’ll help customers explore options, make informed choices, and complete purchases smoothly. This is a sales based position and requires sales background.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products through clear communication and thoughtful upselling.
- Demonstrate product features, including technology products where relevant, and answer questions with accurate, helpful information.
- Maintain attractive merchandising, organized displays, and a tidy sales area; coordinate with colleagues to keep products easy to find.
- Process transactions using POS systems, handle cash carefully, apply basic math, and provide professional phone etiquette.
- Your impact: Helpful guidance and accurate transactions make shopping easier for customers and support a dependable team experience.





Experience Required: Native English language proficiency, robust customer service, communication, sales, time management, and organizational skills, with confidence in cashiering, cash handling, POS use, basic math, and English communication. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, product demonstration skills, and the ability to upsell appropriately. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are valued for assisting a broader range of customers.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
