This individual contributor role serves as a go-to analytical resource across customer onboarding metrics, transaction behavior, and core platform operations. You will design robust frameworks, optimize reporting workflows, and partner across Engineering, Product, Payment Operations, Compliance, and Finance. The work supports actionable intelligence and measurable business impact across Synctera’s BaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design dashboards, KPI metrics, and analytical frameworks

Optimize reporting workflows and data pipelines

Own analytical projects from concept through completion





Train colleagues on tools, queries, and best practices

Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment

Requirements

Four-plus years of data analytics experience

Advanced SQL and data modeling proficiency

Experience with Looker, Tableau, Python, or R

FinTech, banking infrastructure, or payment data knowledge

Robust autonomous problem-solving and communication skills
