Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the overall operations of the store while ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities Manage in daily operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks.

- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain store appearance and organization to provide an inviting shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.




- Collaborate with the owners to implement promotional strategies that drive sales.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and staff development techniques.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to store management, including payroll processing.
- Experience with POS systems and sales tracking is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
