You will build partnerships, coordinate practical learning opportunities, and help people enter and advance in Manitoba’s construction industry.

About MCSC

- Collaborate with MCSC colleagues to deliver accessible, coordinated, and industry-relevant programming.

What you bring You are a relationship builder with strong communication and organizational skills who can turn plans into practical results. Your qualifications include:

- Relevant post-secondary education in adult education, workforce development, career development, human resources, construction education, business, social services, or a related field; or a trades background through an apprenticeship or journeyperson pathway.
- Experience in education and training, workforce development, employment services, career development, construction, skilled trades, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience working with employers, newcomers, women, equity-deserving groups, training providers, community organizations, or employment-service agencies.

- Strong presentation, facilitation, relationship-building, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively,

maintain confidentiality, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel within Manitoba and work occasional evenings or weekends.

Knowledge of Manitoba’s construction industry, labour-market needs, skilled-trades pathways, newcomers needs, apprenticeship, and safety requirements is an asset. Experience with budgets, reporting, and funding deliverables is also valuable.
