We are seeking a team member to assist our Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong measuring and power hand tool skills, a strong work ethic and positive attitude. You will assist our manufacturing team in a variety of areas to meet production goals.
Duties
- Assist in fabricating and installing parts needed to construct cores, in a variety of positions throughout the plant.
- Within your assigned area, ensure fabricated items are done to specifications.
- Assist the warehouse team to unload boxes of product from shipping containers.
Skills
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with staff in a professional manner
- Experience with using tools
- Knowledge of schematics to understand technical drawings is an asset
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Must be capable of working in a hot environment
- Heavy lifitng when required
-Occasional Saturday's may be needed on short notice. Pay: $21.38 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
