Own the Canadian Marine sales budget, delivering volume and margin to meet quarterly targets.Manage commercial opportunities related to existing installed base servicesApply subject matter expertise (electrical and mechanical systems) to support the bidding process for current equipment and service opportunitiesLead commercial and technical proposal development efforts, coordinating solution development and risk analysis with the relevant supporting functionsOptimize customer outcomes by forming partnerships with other industrial businesses to complement GE Vernova solutionsPartner and facilitate relationships with Canadian maritime customers reflecting appreciation for customer mission requirements and strategic goals.Develop opportunities in the Canadian marine and maritime market,



bringing Power Conversion and Storage technical capability to exceed existing and future customer needs.Extend these opportunities to encompass the applicable GE Vernova portfolio of offeringsMonitor the Canadian maritime and defense market for opportunities to electrify processes and futureproof customer operations.Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in the marine segment (Naval, Offshore, or Merchant);

including requirements generation, design, test, commissioning, delivery, and fleet serviceStrong background in shipboard and land based medium and high voltage systems, including variable frequency drives, rotating machines and auxiliary systemsCanadian CitizenAbility to obtain a Enhanced Reliability Status and Controlled Goods clearance in CanadaAbility to travel 40% of the time (domestically and internationally)Desired Characteristics

Extensive network within the Canadian marine marketKnowledge of GE Vernova Power Conversion and Storage scope of supply (motors, variable speed drives, switchboards,
