and coordination across internal teams and client contacts Identify opportunities for account growth and stronger client outcomes Build credibility quickly and maintain strong, long-term client relationships 5+ years in marketing automation, marketing ops, or consulting expertise Experience mentoring teammates or acting as a senior point of contact on client accounts Knowledge of data quality, sales alignment, and business process automation Experience working with clients in agencies or consultancies Prior success managing enterprise or mid-market client relationships and complex stakeholder groups.

Experience leading implementations, migrations, optimization engagements, or ongoing managed services work.
