Support lifecycle services and upgrades with approximately 20% travel.This Solution Development Engineer creates service contract concepts and Modernizations & Upgrades proposals of varying complexity. You will examine customer operations, specifications, site information, and application objectives to define workable requirements.

Collaboration with Sales, Operations, Lifecycle Solutions and Services, engineering teams, and subject matter experts supports accurate commercial assumptions and execution readiness.Key Responsibilities:

Design solutions integrating mechanical systems, drives, hardware, controls, and softwareDevelop resident maintenance, audits, preventive maintenance, remote support, and training offeringsFormulate concepts, scopes, staffing assumptions,



and application designsPresent proposed solutions and commercial assumptions to stakeholdersMaintain quality, accuracy, schedules, and accountability across opportunitiesRequirements:

Three to five years in solution development, estimating, proposals, or engineeringKnowledge of customer operations and automated material handling equipmentAbility to examine requirements, resolve issues, and formulate workable solutionsAbility to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines accuratelySalesforce, SAP, AutoCAD, Maestro, or iProposal experience preferredBring material handling knowledge, solution design, and analytical problem-solving to Dematic’s customer-centered proposal development work.
