This role requires regular field presence.The Assistant Manager supports GO Expansion railway modernization through material planning, receipt, storage, preservation, control, and distribution. You will coordinate Construction, Track, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Commercial, and Planning teams.

The work includes managing traceability, material availability, cost control, and safe handling across a complex, multi-contractor setting.Key Responsibilities:

Lead material activities across yards, warehouses, laydown areas, and work frontsMaintain receiving, storage, inventory, kitting, transfer, and disposal processesCoordinate demand forecasts, deliveries, procurement status,



and installation prioritiesVerify materials against purchase orders, specifications, and inspection requirementsProvide dashboards, shortage reports, forecasts, and constraint escalationsRequirements:

5–10 years in materials, procurement, logistics, or project coordinationExperience managing construction material yards or large laydown areasKnowledge of receiving, preservation, inventory, traceability, and field distributionRailway, transit, trackwork, or heavy civil experience strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and inventory systemsApply materials planning, inventory accuracy, logistics coordination, and safe handling expertise to support ONxpress Civils delivery.
