Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Mechanic Helper to assist our skilled technicians in maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical work within a energetic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and basic mechanical knowledge to support ongoing maintenance operations.

Duties

- Assist experienced mechanics with routine maintenance and repair tasks on various machinery and equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and parts before repairs
- Support the inspection of equipment to identify potential issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and procedures during all maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Perform general cleanup of work areas after completing tasks

Qualifications





- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with mechanical systems preferred
- Experience with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc. is a plus
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from senior technicians
- Prior experience in a maintenance or mechanical environment is advantageous but not required

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
