We are seeking a qualified and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty services, creating a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves providing personalized treatments, recommending skincare products, and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.

The Aesthetician will also assist with retail sales, product demonstrations, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.

Base salary is $18/hour plus Daily Performance Bonus In the position of Medical Aesthetician, your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Service Excellence:

● Greet clients warmly and conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand their goals and concerns.

● Verify general information in the client’s record

● Prepare equipment and ensure treatment rooms are clean and stocked with required supplies.

● Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser treatments and LED light therapy.

● Deliver luxurious facials, head spa and body treatments tailored to individual client needs.

● Drive product sales. Educate clients on the benefits of medical aesthetic treatments, product usage, and home care routines.





● Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings.

Safety and Cleanliness:

● Perform cleaning of the entire spa facility. Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and the clients' waiting area.

● Perform laundry of spa’s linen.

● Ensure proper sanitization and hygiene of tools, equipment, and treatment areas before and after each service.

● Adhere to all safety guidelines, including addressing contraindications or rescheduling services for clients with health sensitivities.

Administrative Tasks:

● Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes, product recommendations, and follow-up care.

● Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client bookings if required.

● Participate in training sessions and stay updated on medical aesthetic treatments, trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

● Other related duties as may be assigned

Team and Environment:

● Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming and professional spa environment.

● Provide feedback on products, equipment, and service improvements to management.

● Participate in marketing activities, including events, promotions, and social media content creation as needed.

● Report any concerns or questions to the Spa manager, or owners as appropriate
