Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Technical Business Systems Analyst

This role sits between a traditional

Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

and a hands-on A significant part of the role will involve

AvePoint products used for Microsoft 365 governance and management

Required

- Strong hands-on knowledge of

SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365

.

- Good understanding of

Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, permissions, sharing, and collaboration concepts.

- Experience working as a

Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Microsoft 365 Engineer, SharePoint Engineer, or similar technical role.

Preferred

- Experience with AvePoint products

, particularly Microsoft 365 governance, administration, lifecycle management, or related AvePoint solutions.





- Experience implementing governance or lifecycle-management solutions for

SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Groups

.

- Experience with enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.

- Experience working with

Microsoft Graph or other Microsoft 365 APIs.

- PowerShell automation experience.

- Experience with

Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power BI.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview

, including retention, information protection, DLP, or related compliance capabilities.

- Experience working in an setting with formal architecture, security, risk, and change-management processes.
