About The Role Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency running websites, SEO and paid media for senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities. As Mid-Market Account Executive for Senior Living, you close current senior living business and grow the accounts you win, working with our SDRs, strategists and leadership on high value deals. This is a consultative closer role for a confident communicator who excels in virtual selling, deep discovery and managing multi step sales cycles.

What You Will Own

- The full sales cycle with senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities, from discovery through close.
- Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
- Deals with several decision makers: owners,



operators and marketing leaders.
- Proposals, presentations and negotiation, built with our strategists.
- Growing the senior living accounts you close after the first engagement.

What You Bring

- Years in a quota carrying closing role, with deals you sourced or were handed and closed yourself.
- Selling into senior living, or marketing and agency services to similar buyers.
- Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
- Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.
