You will oversee electrical architectures, communication protocols, components, and harnesses while partnering across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities

Oversee designers through coaching, prioritization, and technical guidance

Create production-ready designs, specifications, and electrical architectures

Select components and integrate systems with suppliers

Provide system integration and communication protocol leadership





Resolve complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and software issues

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering technology

Five or more years designing systems for mobile equipment

Experience with electrical testing, validation, and troubleshooting

Understanding of ISO, ANSI, CSA, and international standards

Experience with engineering ERP and product lifecycle processes
