NP Mortgages Inc. is a Scarborough mortgage brokerage helping clients across the GTA with purchases, refinances, and renewals. We are hiring Level 1 Mortgage Agents who want hands-on training, real files, and a team that answers the phone.

What you will do: Advise clients on purchase, refinance, and renewal options

- Collect and review application documents
- Submit complete files to lenders
- Manage files through to funding, with team support.

What you need: FSRA-licensed Level 1 Mortgage Agent, or course-complete and eligible for licensing in Ontario

- Authorized to work in Ontario
- Scarborough / GTA preferred, able to attend in person in Scarborough
- Solid communication, follow-up, and organization
- Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based income.
