NP Mortgages Inc. in Scarborough is hiring Level 1 Mortgage Agents. You will originate residential mortgage business, advise clients on purchase, refinance, and renewal options, collect and review documents, submit complete files to lenders, and manage files through to funding with team support.

Requirements: FSRA-licensed Level 1 Mortgage Agent, or course-complete and eligible for licensing in Ontario

- Authorized to work in Ontario
- Scarborough / GTA preferred
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organization
- Self-motivated, comfortable with commission-based income.

We offer training and mentorship, back-office support, and a Scarborough office team.

Job Type: Full time, Commission.

Location: 2225 Markham Road, Scarborough, ON - in person.

Licence: FSRA Mortgage Agent Level 1 (required, or course-complete and eligible).
