Lead PepsiCo’s online grocery growth as a National Account Manager, using eCommerce fundamentals and customer relationship skills across Canada.

On the Digital Commerce Team, this role reports to the Director of Digital Commerce and supports grocery customers across the total 1PEP Portfolio. You will lead key relationships, execute Perfect Digital Store principles, and drive short and long term customer success. The work spans online fundamentals, paid search, brand calendars, and customer planning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage LCL, Walmart, Sobeys, Metro, and Save-On Foods accounts

Build volume through product, price, promotion, and placement

Lead the eCommerce Fundamentals Forum with partners

Optimize online brand elements against key performance indicators





Provide forecasts, customer insights, and business updates

Requirements

University degree and digital commerce knowledge

Three or more years selling to Canadian large-format retailers

Strong project, time management, and multitasking capabilities

Strategic thinking with solid influence and negotiation skills

Ability to align cross-functional teams and operationalize plans

Bring strategic account leadership, paid search knowledge, and digital execution skills to PepsiCo’s national eGrocery business.
