Honeywell Building Automation (BA) is a leader in building automation, fire, security, energy management, and software. Within BA, our direct sales force creates and sells integrated solutions to our customers that achieve results. Our sales approach begins by working with the end customer to identify and prioritize their desired outcomes.

We help them select and define use cases that will achieve those outcomes. From there we design the integrated solution that will deliver those use cases. In many cases we will need to work with the existing end-users.





As the National Service Sales Director here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales managers across Canada. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building solid customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

You will report directly to our General Manager - Canada and you’ll work out of our Ontario location on a remote work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's service sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. By effectively leading and managing a team of sales managers, you will drive revenue growth, contribute to the company's financial success, and strengthen customer relationships. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry.
