Holiday Inn Ottawa East is looking for a reliable and friendly Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team.

If you’re a night owl who enjoys working independently, helping guests, and keeping things organized, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout the night.
- Check guests in and out and assist with any questions or requests.
- Handle reservations, payments, and basic front desk duties.
- Complete the nightly audit and ensure the day’s transactions are accurate.
- Prepare reports and complete end-of-day procedures.
- Respond to guest concerns and handle overnight requests.
- Monitor the hotel and report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized.
- Work closely with the morning team to ensure a smooth handover.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel or front desk experience is an asset.
- Comfortable working overnight and independently.
- Friendly,

- Good communication and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Able to stay calm and handle unexpected situations.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays when required.

Job Type: Part-time / Casual Schedule: Overnight shifts; flexibility required
