Overview The Night Auditor supports overnight hotel operations by balancing front desk responsibilities with accurate end-of-day records and attentive guest services. This role helps ensure a smooth transition between evening and morning teams while providing a welcoming, professional experience for guests.

Duties

- Complete nightly audits, review transactions, and prepare clear records and handover notes for the next shift.
- Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, respond to questions, and address service needs with care.
- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, applying professional phone etiquette and directing requests appropriately.
- Coordinate with hotel colleagues to share updates and help resolve guest concerns during overnight operations.

Experience

Required: Clear communication, attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to manage front desk tasks and guest requests professionally. Preferred: Hotel experience, familiarity with hospitality and guest services, and confidence using multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are valued for assisting guests from diverse backgrounds and supporting clear communication across the hotel team.

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
