The GIS Director will expand organizational GIS capabilities across North America. You will guide strategy, technology, platforms, operational standards, and multidisciplinary teams. The position combines business development, project delivery, client relationships, governance, and emerging technologies including AI and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead teams through resource planning, performance, and career development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field

15+ years progressive GIS experience, including 7+ years leading teams

Experience managing consulting, engineering, environmental, or professional services GIS

Strong Esri expertise across ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, Online, and Portal

Business development, project delivery, financial management, and communication skills
