The position supervises simulationists and student lab assistants while supporting efficient academic program implementation. It also advances strategic planning, educational technology use, program accreditation, curriculum review, and Living Classrooms.Key Responsibilities:

Master’s degree in nursing, health management, or educationThree to five years of leadership or clinical education experienceHealthcare simulation-based education backgroundDiplomatic relationship management and excellent communication skillsRegistered Nurse registration with CNO in valuable standingApply simulation-based education, operational coordination, and nursing leadership to strengthen Seneca’s academic lab experience across Newnham and King.
