Own CADD minting, redemption, and reconciliation with Tetra Digital Group in hybrid Toronto or Calgary. Apply payments expertise and operational controls.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee regulated stablecoin operations for Tetra Trust and CADD. You will report to the Director of Operations, CADD and partner with compliance, finance, legal, engineering, and partnerships.

Reconcile on-chain supply, reserve balances, and internal ledgers daily

Onboard exchanges, fintechs, payment companies, and corporate clients

Manage reserve banks, attestation firms, analytics providers, and vendors

Lead controls, incident response, reporting automation, and operational metrics

Fluency with wires, EFT, Lynx, settlement timing, and cut-offs

Experience owning reconciliations across multiple systems

Practical KYC, KYB, AML, monitoring, and escalation experience

Advanced spreadsheets plus SQL, scripting, or workflow automation
