Canadian Forest Products Ltd. is seeking an Operations Recruitment Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly production roles across our Alberta operations, reporting to the Regional HR Manager.

Based at our Spruceland site in Acheson, AB, you will build partnerships with Hiring Managers, HR, and the Talent Acquisition team to attract top candidates. You'll design proactive sourcing strategies, use ATS and recruitment tech, conduct screens and interviews, and deliver data-driven hiring
