Tochi Desserts Ltd. is a unique Asian fusion desserts business renowned for its innovative fusion of Hong Kong and Japanese flavors. Our core product, the iconic Mini Mochi HK-Style French Toast, have been a huge hit all throughout Greater Vancouver. We currently operate out of a specially built food truck and specific food stalls during special seasonal markets.

Tochi is not your average dessert shop. We created Canada's first Hong Kong-style mini mochi french toast, and have been featured on CBC, Daily Hive, and all over Instagram + Tiktok.

What you'll be doing

As Operations Staff, you're part of everything that makes our stall run. That includes:

- Cooking and preparing our mochi French toast and sandos,



made fresh to order
- Serving customers and keeping the line moving with a smile
- Setting up and tearing down the stall each day
- Keeping everything clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Helping out wherever the team needs an extra hand

No experience needed. We'll train you on everything. You just need to be friendly, reliable, and happy on your feet in a rapid-paced market.

The details

- Where: Shipyards Christmas Market in North Vancouver and Langley Christmas Village in Langley
- When: the Christmas market season, November 26 to December 24, 2026 (Langley soft launch November 25), with shifts across market hours including evenings and weekends
- Pay: $18.50 to $23.50 per hour plus tips
- What happens after Christmas: if you're great and want to stay, there is more part-time work available with us after the holiday season
