We pride ourselves on carrying high-end frame collections (Kering, Luxottica, Safilo, Westgroupe) and state-of-the-art lens tech (Hoya, Zeiss).

If you are a driven optical professional looking for a long-term career home in a energetic, high-performing clinic, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

You will split your time between clinical pre-testing and high-end optical dispensing, playing a critical role in patient care and daily clinic flow:

- Clinical Pre-Testing: Administer diagnostic testing (OCT, Fundus Photography, Visual Fields, Autorefraction, Tonometry, Corneal Topography, Stereo Acuity, and Color Vision).
- Contact Lens Care: Train patients on lens insertion/removal, manage trial inventory, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Patient Flow & Administration: Greet patients, update EMR records, manage third-party billing, administer eye drops, and ensure seamless handoffs between testing and doctor exams.

Must-Have Requirements:

- 1 years of hands-on Optical experience (glasses selection,

frame adjustments, and optical sales).
- Work Availability: Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Legal Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Calgary-based).
- Tech & Detail Oriented: Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and strict attention to detail in medical billing and patient data.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication.

Nice-to-Haves / Assets:

- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).

Why Join Us?

- Work alongside top-tier eye care professionals and specialized sports vision specialists.
