We currently have a full-time Outside Janitorposition available at Coast Capri Hotel/Capri Centre Mall.

TheOutside Janitorwill ensure that the outside property is clean and properly presented while interacting with guests positively. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail oriented, and able to handle the physical demands of the job.

A successful candidate will be required to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintains the hotel grounds and landscaping in a neat and attractive manner
- Assists with gardening, lot maintenance, power washing, litter collection and disposal
- Ensure timely snow removal and the safety of walkways and parking lots during winter months
- Follows established Occupational Health & Safety procedures and policies when completing tasks
- Demonstrates a superior customer service attitude with Ambassadors and guests
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

- Be able to perform physically demanding work




- A self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have knowledge of working with chemicals and cleaning products (WHIMIS)
- Previous landscaping and irrigation knowledge is an asset
- Required to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
