Full-time, consistent freight with plenty of work available Ongoing support to help you succeed in your day-to-day operations About the RoleThis is a full-time, in office Owner Operator position based in Western Canada.

Whether you operate under Top Deck’s authority or bring your own, you’ll run and maintain your own commercial vehicle and move freight safely and on time, representing Top Deck Transportation professionally with customers, shippers, and receivers.



Safely transport freight to designated locations on schedule Complete required documentation, logs, and delivery confirmations Load and unload as needed Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep your truck road-ready Valid commercial driver’s license and a clean driving record Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and hours-of-service rules Solid trip planning and route optimization skills Excellent communication and customer service skills A well-maintained commercial truck that meets company and regulatory specifications (or a willingness to acquire one) Comfort with mobile and onboard systems for logs, delivery confirmations, and communication Previous Owner Operator or professional driving experience strongly preferred Top Deck Transportation.
