Job Title: P2P Project Manager/Business AnalystJob ID: 90738Location: Calgary, Alberta Support the P2P Lead with day-to-day organization, coordination and execution. Track detailed progress against the P2P project schedule and identify gaps. Follow up proactively with project team members to make sure commitments are completed.

Identify which business resources are required to complete upcoming activities. Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders and leadership. Measure project performance and identify opportunities to improve execution.

Guide the project team on corrective actions when deliverables are falling behind. Evaluate project processes, anticipate requirements and identify gaps or areas for improvement. Work closely with other Project Fusion workstreams to complete cross‑functional deliverables and milestones.

Gather and analyze business/user needs. Coordinate development of documentation required for implementation. Identify project issues and help drive them to resolution. Identify delivery risks early and escape appropriately to the P2P Lead and Program Leadership.

standards and delivery frameworks while identifying opportunities for improvement. 5+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience, ideally within enterprise software, ERP or digital transformation programs. Strong experience coordinating complex enterprise projects/workstreams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Very strong organization, planning, tracking and follow‑through.

Experience working withsystem integrators / implementation partners. Robust ability to identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks and overdue deliverables and escape appropriately.

Experience gathering and analyzing business/user requirements.

Experience coordinating project and implementation documentation. Ability to operate effectively in a large, fast‑paced enterprise transformation.
