Position: Packaging Line Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Packaging Line Assistant to join our production team.

As an SQF-certified company, food safety and quality are extremely important to us. The successful candidate must understand the importance of following food safety procedures, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, has a positive attitude, pays attention to detail, and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily packaging line operations.
- Package, label, sort, and prepare products for shipment.
- Load and unload products and packaging materials.
- Follow all company food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
- Follow SQF requirements and established food safety practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production area.
- Monitor products and packaging for quality issues and report concerns.
- Follow proper hygiene, handwashing, and personal protective equipment requirements.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other general production duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be a dependable, punctual,



and positive team player.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to follow food safety rules and company procedures at all times.
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction.
- Previous packaging or food production experience is an asset.
- Food Handler/Food Safe Certificate is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles, SQF, GMPs, or other food safety programs is a strong asset.
