Shape payment products at ATB as a hybrid Product Manager focused on Interac e-Transfers, Real Time Rail, and measurable client value.Within the Money Movement Team, you will research client needs, define product vision, and deliver roadmap outcomes. You will manage product lifecycles, analyze performance data, and coordinate regulatory work across payments stakeholders. This role supports payment modernization and enterprise strategy.Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to Interac e-Transfer and Real Time Rail roadmapsGuide products through discovery, delivery, launch, iteration, and sunsetTrack KPIs and use analytics to optimize experiencesCoordinate Fraud, AML, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and OperationsDrive modernization aligned with Payments Canada releasesRequirements:

Two to three years of direct product management experiencePayment product experience and knowledge of networks and standardsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experienceFluency in Agile and Scrum methodologiesExperience using analytics to achieve business metricsBring payments expertise, product lifecycle ownership, and data-informed strategy to ATB’s Interac and Real Time Rail portfolio.
