Support North American employees through Workday, ServiceNow, and compliant People Operations services at Edelman. This role serves U.S. and Canada teams.

The People Operations Specialist provides shared services support across the employee lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, inquiries, case management, Leave of Absence administration, and regional program execution. The role partners with People Partners, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Perks, and Systems Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process hires, terminations, and lifecycle transactions in Workday
- Deliver virtual Day One orientations for U.S. and Canada
- Resolve People cases through ServiceNow within established SLAs
- Administer Canadian Leave of Absence processes and documentation




- Maintain accurate records, portals, guides, and process documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Three or more years in People Operations or HR operations
- Hands-on Leave of Absence and lifecycle transaction experience
- Daily Workday and ServiceNow, or similar platform, experience
- Knowledge of multi-country employment practices and compliance
