Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (Licensed)

hospitality businesses and holding companies, plus private clients. We are a growing team where your work is visible and your input matters. The Role

You will service a portfolio of home and auto clients from quote through renewal. You will be their go-to contact for policy changes, coverage questions and claims support. What You will Do

- Quote and place new home, auto, tenant and condo policies
- Process endorsements, vehicle and driver changes, and pink slips
- Manage renewals: review coverage, re-market when needed and present options
- Pull and review MVRs and DASH reports
- Explain coverage clearly
- Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up
- Handle billing,



payment plans and cancellations
- Keep client files complete and compliant with RIBO and E&O; standards What You Bring
- Active RIBO license (required)
- 2 - 5 years servicing personal lines at a brokerage
- Knowledge of Ontario auto and habitational coverage
- Experience with a broker management system (Epic) and a rating tool (Applied Rating Services),

preferred

- Friendly, clear communication by phone and email
- Robust organization and attention to detail Nice to Have
- Experience with high-value home and auto clients
