This brokerage role suits an experienced personal lines professional with an Alberta Level 1 or 2 license. You will manage renewals, endorsements, policy maintenance, documentation, and follow-up. The position also supports cross-selling, referrals, and growing exposure to small commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Own renewals, endorsements, and personal lines policy maintenance
- Process requests accurately and document client interactions
- Explain coverage, options, and next steps clearly
- Use Epic and carrier portals to maintain service levels




- Support retention through proactive touchpoints and problem-solving

Requirements:
- Alberta Level 1 or 2 insurance license
- Experience servicing personal lines brokerage clients
- Strong organization and time management in high-volume service
- Comfort with portals and documentation standards
- Skilled, client-first communication under pressure
