Job Summary The Pharmacist supports safe, effective medication use through patient-focused care, accurate medication management, and clear communication with patients and healthcare colleagues. The role applies sound clinical judgment and medical terminology to help patients understand their medications and support coordinated care.

- Support medication administration by providing clear guidance on safe use, timing, and relevant precautions.
- Contribute to patient care in acute care settings, including care for pediatric patients, adapting communication to individual needs.

Requirements Required: Practical patient care skills, accurate medication review and documentation, transparent communication, and the ability to use medical terminology when explaining medication information. Preferred: Hospital experience and acute care experience, along with familiarity caring for pediatric patients, are valuable strengths that can help you contribute confidently to varied patient needs and work effectively with healthcare teams.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
