Job Overview

As a Physiotherapist Assistant, you will support physiotherapists in delivering organized, attentive patient care. You will help prepare treatment areas, assist with delegated activities, and contribute to a respectful, coordinated care experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients and the care team while supporting progress through treatment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare treatment spaces and equipment, keeping them clean, organized, and ready for patient use.
- Assist patients with exercises and mobility activities as directed by the physiotherapist, observing comfort and reporting concerns.
- Support patient transfers and positioning, following instructions and established safety practices.




- Document care activities accurately and communicate relevant updates to the physiotherapist and team.
- Your impact: Timely, accurate updates help colleagues coordinate care and respond to patients’ needs.

Requirements Required: Practical patient care skills, clear communication, accurate documentation, and the ability to follow directions and use medical terminology when sharing information. Preferred: Hospital experience and acute care experience, which can help you adapt to busy clinical settings and support patients and colleagues effectively.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
