Job Overview

Join DC Sport Physio clinic as a Physiotherapist, treating patients across a 50–55% split and developing your practice with mentorship. New graduates are welcome. You’ll work with patients to understand their needs, support functional progress, and contribute to coordinated care.

You will work with a cohesive and collaborative team with the front desk staff handling all booking, billing, and insurance work. You will get to learn get to learn from staff with 10+ years of clinical experience and learn how to grow quickly as a physiotherapist.

Mentorship is provided weekly to enhance clinical reasoning, treatment technique, and build a caseload quickly. Manual therapy and McKenzie Diagnostic Techniques will be taught.

Duties

- Assess patients’ movement and functional concerns, then plan and deliver appropriate physiotherapy care.
- Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and document patient care clearly using accurate medical terminology.
- Communicate with patients and colleagues to support continuity of care and appropriate follow-up.




- Participate in mentorship and use feedback to strengthen clinical reasoning and patient interactions.

Requirements:

Required: Practical patient-care skills, clear communication, accurate documentation, and the ability to use medical terminology in clinical records and discussions. These capabilities support safe, organized care and effective collaboration with patients and colleagues.

Must be available to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 6pm and every Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

Preferred: Canadian Physiotherapy graduates. Recent graduates are welcome to apply and can benefit from the clinic’s mentorship while building confidence across the role’s patient-care responsibilities.

Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21.0 – 25.0 per week
