As NexHealth transforms how healthcare professionals deliver care and patients experience it, our internal systems must deliver top‑tier quality and customer value at high velocity. Your team will be responsible for building these systems from first principles—prototyping, productionizing solutions, and creating the rising tide that lifts all boats.

This role will be based out of Toronto or Vancouver and embraces a hybrid working model that balances remote and onsite work. Set the technical and cultural tone for the first Canadian engineering team and lead expansion north of the border Support engineers in career growth through mentorship, feedback, and leadership development Ensure high technical standards through sound processes (e.g., architecture reviews, testing) and a strong engineering culture Partner with engineering and product leadership to define and execute long‑term platform roadmaps Proven track record (6+ years)
