Support project financial forecasting at Canada Life using Clarity, SAP reconciliation, and team-oriented analysis. This permanent full time position is available in Toronto, London, or Winnipeg.As a PMO Financial Specialist, you will support the Technology Project Management Office’s Clarity and Data Analytics team. You will work with Finance, Procurement, project managers, and technology stakeholders.

Your focus includes project forecasting, financial reporting, data integrity, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:

Support project financial forecasting and reporting processesFacilitate monthly reviews of project manager forecastsReconcile project spending between Clarity and SAPDevelop solutions simplifying project financial forecastingCreate user guidelines and training materialsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree or professional certificationTwo or more years’ Finance or Accounting experienceExperience working with project managers and PMO teamsHands-on project portfolio management systems experience preferredStrong spreadsheet, reporting, problem-solving, and process analysis skillsBring finance, project delivery, Clarity, and SAP experience to improve forecast accuracy for Canada Life project managers.
