Lead portfolio delivery at Intelliflex as a PMO Manager, directing project governance, resource planning, and performance across complex customer projects.Reporting to the Director of PMO, this hands-on leader manages Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators. You will establish priorities, standards, decision authorities, and escalation processes while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, risk, commercial outcomes, and customer commitments. The role supports Intelliflex and CES Corporation projects.Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experienceMinimum 12 years of progressive project management experienceExperience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teamsPortfolio accountability for financial, contractual, and commercial outcomesAbility to travel throughout Canada and the United StatesBring portfolio leadership, governance, forecasting, and project recovery expertise to Intelliflex and CES Corporation delivery.
