- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance, preferably in policy administration, servicing, or insurance operations.
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of policy documentation, endorsements, coverages, limits, and deductibles.
- Experience in policy data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and exception resolution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; Guidewire PolicyCenter or similar PAS experience is an added advantage.
